Atelier Bartolas

The latest creation in the RETAIL business is L'Atelier Bartolas.

Armed with its expertise in the management of butcher's shops, delicatessens and delicatessens within their food supermarkets, the Bartolas Group decided to put this strength at the service of other independent retailers. This is why the "L'Atelier Bartolas" concept was developed: to take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of butcher's shops located in supermarkets outside the Group.

These are butcher's shops managed in the "artisanal" format with our own selection of meat and cuts by our teams in our workshop. All our butchers (M/F) and salesmen (M/F) are qualified and experienced for a careful work, of quality and with the strictest standards in term of hygiene.

All our catering preparations are home-made and almost all of them are "home-made".

The first butcher's shop under the name "L'Atelier Bartolas" opened its doors on 28 April 2021 in the AD DELHAIZE store in Couvin.

4 butcher-caterers, 2 butcher apprentices, 5 saleswomen and 1 caterer make up the team assigned to this first butcher's shop in concession.
