We are looking for someone to join our administrative team.
This person will be an integral part of the management team and will need to demonstrate a high degree of autonomy, discretion and the ability to integrate into an existing team.
The role is a mixture of administrative clerk, accounting assistant (simplified coding) and executive secretary supporting the CEO and executive managers.
You need to be able to organize yourself to determine the order in which daily tasks are to be carried out, and not feel pressured.
You have to be able to take the initiative.
